While he appreciates the quality of the football on display, his primary focus is reaching the final in Berlin:
“I’m really enjoying every moment on the pitch with the team and also watching how we play — it’s a lot of fun,” Tah said, as quoted by @iMiaSanMia. “My responsibility is to make sure we don’t allow goals at the back, and I want the attackers to enjoy themselves going forward. Getting to Berlin would be something special. It’s been a long time since we last made it there, and of course, that’s our objective. We want to lift the cup. Today we showed how determined we are to achieve that.”
Bayern are well aware of how unpredictable the DFB-Pokal can be, but they will head into the next round full of belief that they can finally bring an end to their long wait for another Pokal triumph.
